Since 1991, Bonner Homeless Transitions has been empowering homeless individuals and families to become self-sufficient and end their homelessness

Bonner Homeless Transitions housing programs include assisting individuals and families with case management, 
food, clothing, medical assistance, transportation, counseling and skills classes such as budgeting, employment, parenting and nutrition.
Blue Haven
Supportive Housing
We currently have two residential sites in the Sandpoint area consisting of nine units with the capacity to house up to 14 adults and 18 children, including single parents and families.

And The Trestle Creek facility, just outside of Sandpoint in Hope, Idaho
provides 4 single family homes and a fifth residence with four units for single women.
