Respect

Bonner Homeless Transitions is an environment where each person is treated with dignity and respect, while being given the opportunity to grow, achieve and attain his or her full potential. Integrity

To fulfill this mission, it is expected that staff members and volunteers make a positive difference in the lives of others. Members of the staff and volunteers uphold the values of the organization and perform the work consistent with the policies and procedures of the organization.

Accountability

Bonner Homeless Transitions is accountable for the wise, prudent and effective use of all funds contributed by grants as well as those received from the community and various benefactors who, by contributing, have made a commitment to a better future for our clients.
